Admissions

Applications for admission to the University may be obtained online or at any California high school or community college or from the Admissions Office at any of the campuses of the California State University. Graduate applications for the College of Education may be obtained from the Office of Graduate Studies and Research in ED1 - Room 7 or by calling 562-985-4547.

Electronic versions of the CSU undergraduate and graduate applications are accessible on the World Wide Web at http://www.csumentor.edu. The CSUMentor system allows students to browse through general information about CSU's twenty-three campuses, view multimedia campus presentations, send and receive electronic responses to specific questions, and apply for admission and financial aid. Information on CSULB requirements and deadlines can be found at www.csulb.edu.

Requirements for admission to California State University, Long Beach are in accordance with Title 5, Chapter 1, Subchapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations. If you are not sure of these requirements you should consult a high school or community college counselor or CSU campus
