SSCP Admissions
Admission to the SSCP is a two part process -
Students apply to the University and to the Single Subject Credential Program separately.
- Admission to CSULB is completed on-line through CSUmentor.
- Admission to the SSCP is completed during the prerequisite course, EDSS 300.
In order to enroll in classes, candidates must be admitted to the University. Once a candidate is admitted to the University they can register for the pre-requisite course, EDSS 300 and the co-requisite courses. The program application is embedded in the pre-requisite course, EDSS 300. In EDSS 300 the course instructor will walk candidates through the process of compiling the program application packet that will be submitted to the EDSS 300 instructor at the end of the term.
