Professional Clear Credential
The Professional Clear Credential must be earned within five years of the
date of issue of the Preliminary Credential, and is renewable throughout a teacher's
career. Individuals who have completed a Teacher Preparation Program in music
under the Ryan Act (those admitted prior to August 31, 2003) may access the
Single Subject Credential Program web site for requirements: http://www.ced.csulb.edu/single-subject
Individuals who complete an SB 2042 Teacher Preparation Program in music (those
admitted to the program after August 31, 2003), may access the Single Subject
Credential Program web site for requirements: http://www.ced.csulb.edu/single-subject
