Fingerprint Certificate of Clearance

Students applying to a credential program at CSULB must meet California Commission on Teacher Credentialing fingerprint clearance guidelines. Fingerprint Clearance can be met in one of two ways: Certificate of Clearance or30 Day Substitute Permit.
