Teacher Education
The Department of Teacher Education (TEd) offers a teacher preparation (credential) program for those desiring to become elementary teachers (K-8), course work for those preparing to be secondary (high school) teachers or special education teachers, and graduate level course work leading to master's degrees, advanced credentials, and certificates.

The Teacher Education programs are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE); the credential programs are authorized by the California Commission for Teacher Credentialing (CCTC).
