Interview Appointment Help

Using the Interview Signup

1. Go To: http://www.ced.csulb.edu/ced_students

2. Login Using Your Beachboard / myCSULB account.

- If you do not have a Beachboard / myCSULB account, please activate your account here: http://www.csulb.edu/tim/

- If you cannot activate a Beachboard account, please login here: https://www.ced.csulb.edu/ced_students/?interview=mscp

3. If you DO NOT have an appointment.

- Read the information about the Interview Appointments.

- Click on the "Sign up for an Interview Appointment" button.

- You may search for an appointment by ...

• All Open appointments by Individual or Group (Easiest)
• Day - Ex: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
• Date - Ex: 1/1/2005
• Time - Ex: 12:00 PM
• Faculty - Ex: Doe

- Select an Appointment time and signup.

- If the appointment is available, a confirmation page will appear. Print this or write down the information. A reminder will not be sent.

- If the appointment is not available, it was taken while you were searching, an error page will appear that inform you that the appointment has been taken and you will need to search again.

4. If you DO have an appointment and want to check it.

- Login to the system using your Last Name and Student ID.

- Click on the "View / Reschedule My Interview Appointment Time" button.

- The Following information will appear: Date, Time, Location, Faculty, and Type of interview.

5. If you DO have an appointment and need to RESCHEDULE it.

- Login to the system using your Last Name and Student ID.

- Click on the "View / Reschedule My Interview Appointment Time" button.

- Click on the "Reschedule" button.

- Confirm the reschedule by clicking on "Yes, Please Reschedule"

- Select a new Interview Time (See step number: 3)

If you find any errors, please contact the webmaster and include the error message and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
