Graduate Studies General Information Sessions

The Graduate Studies Office holds General Information Sessions as shown on the schedule to the right.  These sessions provide an overview of the application process, as well as an overview of the master degrees and advanced credential programs offered by the College of Education.   All sessions are from 3:30pm-4:45pm.   Those who are interested should meet in the lobby of the EED Building prior to the session. Reservations for these sessions are not required. For directions and parking information, please see the campus map. A parking permit is required at all times and parking regulations are enforced.

College of Education Tour
Those who are interested in a brief tour of the College of Education should meet in the EED lobby prior to 3:00pm for a 25 minute tour before going to the General Information Session.


Program Specific Events

Many of our programs offer information sessions or open houses for prospective students.  For specific program information, please refer to the program's Web page, which is available on the Departments & Programs section of the College of Education Web page.

Interested in visiting the College of Education?

Schedule an appointment with one of our Student Ambassadors to get a current student's perspective of the College of Education. Student Ambassadors are available for the following:

  • College of Education Tours - individual or small group tours of the College of Education
  • Class Visit - sit in on part or all of a class
  • Answering questions about their experience in our programs

Interested in teaching or doctoral study?

Students seeking information about teaching credential programs should contact the Teacher Preparation and Advising Center (TPAC).

Students seeking information about the Ed.D. Program in Educational Leadership can attend a doctoral information session.
