MSCP Graduate Program Information

Students who wish to learn more about the Multiple Subject Credential Program (MSCP) and/or who plan to apply to the program are required to attend a Group Information and Application Meeting prior to the March 1st or October 1st application deadline.  At the meeting faculty and staff explain basic credential requirements, the pathways available in the Multiple Subject Credential Program, and program prerequisites and requirements.  We also disseminate and explain the application form, items which must be included with the application, deadlines and the admissions process.

The Multiple Subject Credential Program Handbook can be downloaded from this website (see link on left side of the page).  In addition, a printed version is available for purchase in the University Bookstore Copy Center. This handbook gives comprehensive information on everything a student needs to successfully complete the program.

Individual appointments are available after a student has attended a Group Information Meeting if additional information is needed. Students who have attended the MSCP Information Meeting and would like to make an appointment to speak to a program advisor may call 562-985-1105 to set up an appointment.

Applications to the Program are distributed at these meetings.

It is not necessary to make a reservation to attend an Information Meeting.
